The staff were all really nice and helpful, they gave me lots of information as soon as I arrived about what to see and how to get around with public transportation. It's only a 5 minute walk from the main interstate bus station and from there a regular local bus takes you to the old town area for only RM1.70. nice covered sitting area at the front of the building and free tea/coffee/juice in the morning Dorm beds felt really private with the pull down curtain, toilets/showers were really clean.

best ever hotel for budget hotel. it was clean. the first thing i check is the toilet. usually even in 5 star hotel u will find old dirty non brushed residue under the toilet, cute hotel was detail cleaned. complimentary water bottle was not expected for budget hotel. but they provided this even they have already provided coway dispenser. lift was good. ambience and decoration was great and welcoming.The entrance felt like walking into bali spa. Wifi was very fast too. tv channels was good. tv was good. i will definitely just book this hotel to relax and stay inside 😀 staff was friendly and helpful. they even provide free coffe tea and juice in the morning at the entrance garden! what a thoughtful gesture. i was so busy. forgot to take pictures.. will come again ya.

The staff at Cute Hotel are friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. The place is kept clean, and the amenities are decent. While it's somewhat out of the centre, there's no shortage of food and grocery options around, so it doesn't feel isolated.

Room is good, linen is clean, overall very clean & up to standard. There were 4 receptionist throughout my 1 night stay, and all were polite, helpful, always smiling. 1 even gave my son a gift. Location is very strategic, near to mall and places to sightseeing. The hotel wlso provide simple breakfast, mine were hot coffee n tea, orange juice n some biscuits. This is actually so nice. I really appreciate all the staffs n i hope u all will maintain n keep this good service up! Thanks

Very helpful staff. Right near the bus station. Lots of space in the dorm and big bathroom.

Great staff, great facilities, clean room. Definitely worth the price, and to be honest you can't expect much more. I like the USB charger port available beside the bed, there is a socket and also 2 USB-A port where you can just plug in your USB cable and charge the other device like power bank. Definitely solved the "Short of electric socket" problem.

The beds were cozy and spacious with a perfect privacy curtain. the bathrooms were clean. they provided body soap as towels. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (above and beyond expectations) and the whole environment of the hotel was super calm and peaceful. i am slightly disappointed that i only stayed one night. my experience was entirely positive

This was my second stay here and it was just as superb as before. CC Cute Hotel Ipoh continues to offer great value for money. If you’re on a tight budget and just need a clean, comfortable, and easy place to sleep during a solo trip in Ipoh, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended for budget travelers!

Modern and comfortable hotel in a relaxed neighborhood of New Ipoh with many restaurants, shops and a mall. Bus station is only 5-8min walk away. It is a much nicer place to stay than Old Ipoh. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a flu and they went above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. Would definitely come again!

I came for a short stay in Kuala Kangsar Ran in the Kuala Kangsar Half Marathon. The hotel was close by for a decent room to rest n shower. The staffs were excellent. Helpful. The dorm was clean. Bed, was good. Shower was great. Clean. Check in check out was quick. Definitely will drop by if I'm in Ipoh again
