best ever hotel for budget hotel. it was clean. the first thing i check is the toilet. usually even in 5 star hotel u will find old dirty non brushed residue under the toilet, cute hotel was detail cleaned. complimentary water bottle was not expected for budget hotel. but they provided this even they have already provided coway dispenser. lift was good. ambience and decoration was great and welcoming.The entrance felt like walking into bali spa. Wifi was very fast too. tv channels was good. tv was good. i will definitely just book this hotel to relax and stay inside 😀 staff was friendly and helpful. they even provide free coffe tea and juice in the morning at the entrance garden! what a thoughtful gesture. i was so busy. forgot to take pictures.. will come again ya.

The staff at Cute Hotel are friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. The place is kept clean, and the amenities are decent. While it's somewhat out of the centre, there's no shortage of food and grocery options around, so it doesn't feel isolated.

Room is good, linen is clean, overall very clean & up to standard. There were 4 receptionist throughout my 1 night stay, and all were polite, helpful, always smiling. 1 even gave my son a gift. Location is very strategic, near to mall and places to sightseeing. The hotel wlso provide simple breakfast, mine were hot coffee n tea, orange juice n some biscuits. This is actually so nice. I really appreciate all the staffs n i hope u all will maintain n keep this good service up! Thanks

Great staff, great facilities, clean room. Definitely worth the price, and to be honest you can't expect much more. I like the USB charger port available beside the bed, there is a socket and also 2 USB-A port where you can just plug in your USB cable and charge the other device like power bank. Definitely solved the "Short of electric socket" problem.

I came for a short stay in Kuala Kangsar Ran in the Kuala Kangsar Half Marathon. The hotel was close by for a decent room to rest n shower. The staffs were excellent. Helpful. The dorm was clean. Bed, was good. Shower was great. Clean. Check in check out was quick. Definitely will drop by if I'm in Ipoh again

A comfortable and clean place to stay. The interior design of the room is very well done. beautifully designed. Toilet is super clean. Free drinks ; coffee and tea in the morning.

Wonderful place, super comfortable beds, excellent curtains, hot water for showering, soap and shampoo available. Location close to restaurants, the bus terminal and a shopping mall and supermarket. Attentive staff who explain everything there is to do in the city, I loved my stay there.

The best under budget hotel so far... The staff is very friendly and helpful... Suitable for group family and solo traveler. Room very clean and smells good. Huge parking space area. We even got extended checkout time with minimum rate. recommended and definitely will come again whenever visiting Meru, ipoh

10 outta 10! Spacious room and bathroom, nice ventilation, great & clean facility, free breakfast (altho quite simple), free water, coffee & tea & snacks (the coconut cookies are the best!), helpful and friendly staff, a bunch of local eateries around. Simply a nice stay!
